CANCELLATION POLICY:

24 hours notice must be given for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a late cancellation fee may be charged.

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for parking and to sign in for your appointment at reception.
